What is South Georgia Stays?
South Georgia Stays manages 80+ rental homes in Valdosta, Georgia. Many guests find us through OTAs. Direct booking is for repeat guests, referrals, travel nurses, corporate stays, and anyone who prefers to work with our team directly.
Not a marketplace replacement
We still distribute on Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. This website does not replace those channels. It gives you a formal, branded place to explore our homes and request a direct reservation when that fits your trip.
What happens when you book
- Your request is reviewed by the South Georgia Stays team.
- Once confirmed, the stay is recorded in our PMS with channel direct.
- Availability syncs to other channels so your dates are protected across the portfolio.

Every property on this site is professionally cleaned, maintained, and supported by South Georgia Stays. Direct guests receive the same check-in instructions and local support as OTA guests.
